Annual General Meeting – Wednesday 19th May 2021 at 8 pm in the Village Hall – but with some Covid constraints

The Trustees are holding the 2021 Village Hall AGM on Wednesday 19th May 2021 at 8:00 pm. 

We are delighted to be able to hold this year’s meeting in the Village Hall (instead of remotely).  There are however a number of constraints due to continuing Covid restrictions:

  1.  We are limited to a maximum of 25 people in the Hall – so 19 attendees in addition to the 6 Trustees.
  2.  Everyone will be expected to wear a mask while entering or moving around the Hall.
  3.  We are unfortunately not able to provide coffee and biscuits this year.
