Yoga with SarahMondays 8pm

These fun and friendly Monday evening Yoga classes are for women and men where beginners to the more advanced are all warmly welcome.  You will get a good understanding of alignment based poses made easier or more challenging with modifications to meet your energy levels and your unique body.  Simple meditation and breathing techniques (Pranayama) followed by deep relaxation will all set you up for a great night’s sleep.

Sarah is a senior yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga full time for over 15 years. She teaches weekly classes, monthly workshops, trains other yoga teacher and leads international retreats.
