Mindful Movement for Living Well.
Classes are centred around finding better mobility, balance, coordination, strength and endurance. Lisa Moore leads sessions that give students access to simple therapeutic exercises to increase strength, mobility and physical endurance.
Classes are slow and self-paced with lots of guidance so that you can gain greater capacity to move with ease in daily life. Learn through repetition, consistency and a healthy dose of play and fun!
