Lunchtime Classes with Bryony – COMING SOON, from June 2026
Hello, I’m Bryony, and I’m so pleased to be starting small, friendly Pilates classes at Crawley Village Hall from early June 2026.
My matwork classes are designed for all levels, with a maximum of 4–8 people, so you’ll get plenty of personal attention in a welcoming, supportive space.
I focus on:

✔️ Helping you move with confidence and control
Every class is carefully tailored to suit individual needs, so whether you’re new to Pilates or more experienced, you’ll feel supported and challenged in the right way.
I’m a Level 3 Body Control Pilates instructor (teaching since 2020). I am constantly learning new ways to teach through my wonderful clients and the courses I go on – including upcoming training in scoliosis and foam roller work. I also have a special interest in Pilates for bone health (osteopenia & osteoporosis).
